During seasons of change, personal challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide a safe space to gain clarity, confidence, and greater balance.
Find out what’s possible when you finally choose yourself.
Hey, I’m Destiny.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving adults, couples, and families throughout Texas through secure telehealth services.
I believe therapy should be one of the few places where you don't have to wear a mask. You get to show up exactly as you are—without judgment, without pressure, and without feeling like you should already have all the answers.
Many of the women and families I work with are carrying a lot. They're navigating major life transitions, relationship challenges, family responsibilities, questions about who they are, or simply feeling like they've poured so much into everyone else that they've lost touch with themselves. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. Together, we'll create space to unpack what's been weighing on you, reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside, and build a path forward that feels aligned with the life you want—not just the life you've been surviving.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I'll meet you with empathy while also gently challenging the patterns that may no longer be serving you. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes. Whether you're healing from a difficult season, learning yourself on a deeper level, or working to build healthier relationships, you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Therapy isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about understanding yourself more fully and creating a life that aligns with who you are and what matters most to you.
